Laszlo’s application for the Bayou City Art Festival, Downtown Houston, TX, Fall 2015 was accepted by the jurors of the Art Colony Association. Laszlo will exhibit his original black and white images made by traditional film-based photography.

Come and visit my booth #110, enjoy the extremely fine details on my black and white landscape photographs (framed size: 22″x28″) made with ms large format (4×5 and 8×10) view cameras, and talk about the images. I will exhibit about 30 of my fine art photographs selected from my different portfolios.

Laszlo’s and Lexi’s images selected for PhotoSynthesis Gallery Exhibition, Manchester, CT

Laszlo’s “Landing Ghosts at Dawn” and Lexi’s “Blue Bird Morning Song” color photographs were accepted by juror Beverly Rayner for the “A Mystery and a Dream” juried exhibition at Photosynthesis Gallery (link), 136 1/2 Street, Manchester, CT 06040. The exhibition will be on view from October 3 – October 31, 2015. Opening Reception: October 3, 5-7 PM.

I just printed, matted, framed, boxed and shipped our images to the Gallery on 9/5/2015.

This is a juried exhibition of images that address the topics of mysteries and dreams, inspired perhaps by the writings of Edgar Allan Poe.

“That dream was fraught
With a wild and waking thought
Of beings that have been
Which my spirit hath not seen.
A Mystery and a Dream.”

Life presents us with things and situations that are difficult to explain. We don’t always understand or believe what our eyes show our conscious, and yet the imagery and stories our mind’s eye shows our subconscious often seem real. The lines are blurred. What is true and what is imagined? A mystery and a dream.
