Looking at Lichens is exciting, however, looking at these, probably the world’s most amazing organisms from a close range with a magnification of life-size (1:1) or 2x -5x life-size are really exciting. Photographing these little wonders from up close is a challenge, especially using large format, 4×5 cameras with special lenses on film. Enjoy a few of my processed monochrome images.
