My lovely wife and I decided to look around and take a walk in the nearby Colorado River Refuge, yesterday late afternoon. After several weeks of hot and dry, we got a few quick passing storms and the long time ago fallen pine tree trunks on our backyard showed their real beauty in the late afternoon soft light.
