Laszlo’s “Fallen, Back to Nature” Portfolio Calendar 2024

As a tradition now, I try to make my desktop calendar every year, including images from one of my new portfolios. This year, I selected my “Fallen, Back to Nature” portfolio.

These fallen decomposing pine tree trunks are in the valley next to our house. I visited them several times and then developed a kind of relationship, deep feelings, and remembrance for their circle of life. I photographed these transforming tree trunks with love, grace, and respect for the fallen past.

Black and White Spider Awards is the Oscars of Black and White Photography.
