Laszlo’s and Lexi’s Presentation at the Lost Pines Art Center during the 2nd Annual Bird Weekend

Among many exciting birding and bird demonstration programs, Lexi and Laszlo presented their “Birding Through the Artist Eye” 40 minutes slide show program with music at the Lost Pines Art Center on May 7, 2022, from 1:30 PM. The participants enjoyed the original images taken at the Coastal marshes and many other remote locations. During the Art After Dark evening program, we all enjoyed the Lost Pines Art Center Birds art exhibition opening. One of Laszlo’s and one of Lexi’s bird photographs were excepted for this juried exhibit.

Laszlo and Lexi Bird Photographs on the First Friday Art Walk

Celebrating the 2nd Annual Bird Weekend, several exciting events happened on May 6 and 7, 2022. Bird City Weekend celebrated our city’s designation as one of four original Bird Cities in Texas and observed the World Bird Migratory Day. The monthly First Friday Artwalk on the Main Street of Historic Downtown Bastrop was dedicated to Bird art and many artists exhibited their artworks at their booths. Laszlo and Lexi were invited and they exhibited their award-winning bird photographs. Their booth was in front of the Visitor Center on Main street. We all enjoyed the discussions and stories behind the images.

Art Immersion Program at the Lost Pines Art Center

The Lost Pines Art Center organized a three days workshop series focusing on glass arts from April 28-30, 2022. Most classes are designed for absolute beginners, with instruction from amazing teachers. The workshop classes filled up quickly, few classes had openings. Laszlo presented his 3 hours workshop, “How to Photograph Your Artwork”. The participants enjoyed all of the classes and left their positive feedback.

Laszlo’s Images at the Art immersion Instructors’ Show at the LPAC, Bastrop, TX.

The Lost Pines Art Center (LPAC) organized its three days Art Immersion programs on April 28-30, 2022 at the Lost Pines Art Center, Bastrop TX. All of the amazing teachers had a chance to exhibit their works at the Lost Pines Art Center’s Gallery. The opening reception was on April 30, 20022, during the Art After Dark Program. Laszlo selected one of his color close-up and a monochrome image from his “Hair of the Cherokee Woman” portfolio.
